GSP being GSP
Well, it's GSP, who probably is the GOAT. The information in this product is very solid and covers most aspects of the game. What's more, it follows GSP's logic - this is not Jiu Jitsu, or Kickboxing; rather, it's all very much geared towards fighting in the cage. Everything flows nicely, transitions from striking to wrestling to ground are smooth... Recommended, if you're looking for something that pretty much covers it all, without getting bogged down in too much detail or technical depth.

GSP explained everything perfectly in this instructional. The way he broke down each technique made it really easy to understand and apply. I’ve been using some of the techniques in sparring, and they've been effective! This was incredibly helpful for improving my game and I highly recommend it.
