• What I Was Looking For

  I've heard people who are more experienced in MMA a little disappointed by this, but GSP does say this is a "Fundamentals" instructional. For someone knowledgeable about Jiu-Jitsu, but wanting to know how to transfer it to MMA and also the basics of MMA, this was perfect for me. Sometimes I wished GSP went into a few more details about the mechanics of what he's doing, but I also appreciate the broad overview.

• Sound, but basic

  I like George and I wish I could give him 5 stars, but this instructional seems very, very basic considering the price point and what competitors are offering. The instructional really only covers a list of really basic techniques, and doesn't go into fine details, concepts, or tactics. The actual techniques, along with the production value are great however, and this instructional is called mma FUNDAMENTALS, but considering what is available on this site for the same price, and what is freely available on YouTube, I was left feeling disappointed with this purchase. I love George, I wish him well and no offense with this review, I just don't think it's worth the $98 asking price.

  Consise and easy to follow, with a good learning structure, and - at least to me - with the characteristic awkward charm of mr. St-Pierre. Highly recommended for beginners, and intermediate athletes.
