• An excellent break down of the 50/50 guard positon!

  N. S. and D. M. created an on the point series about how to control and attack your opponent from 50/50. They point out the weight distribution options of your opponent and how to use them to your advantage to progress as well as the great opportunities to control and slow the game down to your favour. They cover how to deal when one knee of your opponent is up as well as what if your opponent is standing always referring how the weight of your opponent is distributed and how do progresss from neutral 50/50 meas both players are on the ground within 50/50. Their teaching style is so well suited to each other so that you always have perfect examples form bottom and top perspective! Highly recomend!!!

• A needed update

  The modern 50/50. A great explanation on how to sweep and attack using the gi. With the lack of heel hooks due to the rule sets wearing the gi, the 50/50 won’t be used as a stalling tactic anymore.
