  A very systematic approch on what do adress first and afterwards and what to always avoid. Followed by how to pass the most common lapel combos. Lapel guards and so their passing is rarely taught and so that is a great add on if you one day face a worm guard lover.

  This has been a great tool in assisting my way of passing/preventing the lapel/worm guard. For someone who doesn’t keep up with the newest guards in sport bjj, Danny and Nic were able to show how to properly untangle your way out of the tightest worm guards.
