Great Muay Thai techniques
Great Basics
Though I am maninly a grappler, I do wish to get into striking with Boxing and Muay Thai at the top of the list. This is a great instructional with starting to learn the basics so that there can be something from techniques to practice at home to getting into the gym and honing the skills. Great work.

incredible starting point
Although I wasn't new to Muay Thai when I got ahold of the instructional I still got a lot out of it. To be honest I would have improved my understanding of striking far quicker if I had this resource back then. It is a really good instructional to develop a dynamic striking style. I think if someone would just do the drills in this video and sparring rounds at varying intensities, the person would develop a rock solid basis as a Muay Thai or MMA striker.

Overall, this is the best video series I've seen on Muay Thai fundamentals. Cordeiro does an excellent job of balancing technique and the explanations behind it, would highly recommend for anyone at the beginner-intermediate level of MT.

Rafael teaches the basics of Muay thai in this tutorial, he's a legend , and trainer for UFC fighters . If your gonna buy a tutorial why not from the legend himself.

This is a great intro for muay thai and striking in general. Rafael goes over footwork and striking opportunities. Ive been incorporating the footwork drills daily and it is helping me immensely. Highly recommend this video.

The Course cover basic concepts - is called Fundamentals for a reason, but maybe I had set my expectations a little high. Despite this, I've learned a considerable amount of new things. Very interesting the Sparring session
