Excellent video, I hope to see more videos from Professor Rafael Cordeiro!
This is outstanding video by Professor Cordeiro, he presents the content in an excellent manner definitely picked up a lot of gems from this instructional and I am definitely looking forward in hopes of another instructional from him, hopefully and intermediate to advance. Thank you Bjj Fanatics I really appreciate the company promoting Muay Thai and other Stand up martial arts keep it coming!
From the guru of mma striking i usually attend fresh tecniques, but in this program i appreciate a good Basic work for kickboxing and some elbows. Very interesting the video sparring
I did Muay Thai for over a year a long time ago with a brazilian instructor and as this art is not popular where I live ,and I do more BJJ and Judo , I was looking for a nice set to keep my knowledge fresh and it has a very good structure from someone that really enjoys teaching and has trained very good fighters. The mindset he has is very good too and something many coaches do not have in my country, is not exactly in the list of techniques but pay atention to his words. This man is wise.
Chute Boxe legend Codeiro is an awesome Coach
Before starting BJJ I practised Muay Thai and boxing for a fair while, so I thought I'd be all over most of the basics of striking, but watching this instructional has really opened my eyes to the true potential of striking. Rafael is truly a great of the sport and this video is easy to watch, packed full of info and just amazing!
