good
a lot of material to learn from at all levels. definitely can watch a handful of times and pickup different stuff
This is very good, very clear, wish I got it sooner
This instructional has elevated my open guard game tremendously. Grab some good training partners and drill the concepts, then be creative within your rolls. It's amazing the dilemmas you can create with what is taught here.
Super clear and detailed. Conceptual and practical. The only issue is a lot of the counter moves end up in heel hooks, which are not legal at every level of competition.

Good
Excellent insights connecting open guard retention with legloking strategies while creating dilemmas.
As someone who practiced mostly in th gi, it was hard to trainsition in no gi. This instructional gives clear directions to set an open guard and retain it. Danaher offers a lot of explanation, very useful to understand the key concepts. If short on time, do not hesitate to go directly to the technique (and go back to the theoretical stuff at another time).
I always like Danaher's courses. However, as good as they are, they are very long and detailed and maybe not the best place to learn the most fundamental concepts. That said, if you're a more advanced practitioner and you're looking to up your game then this is a very, very excellent instructional.
Great instructional with more leg lock stuff that wasn't in his leg lock series!!!
very useful

If you're not a fan of Danaher and his principles, then you're not a fan of high-level jiu jitsu.

Ever Danaher instructional has nuggets that will immediately improve your game. Here he teaches clear, concrete cues around posture that gives you clear gameplan for attack.
Very well structured, as you can expect from master J. Danaher.
I memorized these techniques faster once I started taking notes and solo drilling immediately after watching the video courses, Thank you coach John Danaher.
It's hard from stopping the leg entries from reverse de la riva part 4 instructional's from keeping me from starting to love leg locks..
This is an excellent view of new wave jiu jitsu. Guard retention to guard attacks. It has greatly changed my game!
Outstanding detailed video with many fundamental movements of open guard play needed to succeed at building a jiujitsu skillset.
John's knowledge of the sport and ability to describe strategy, tactics, and techniques is unparalleled
