well explained close guard attack
Mica provides clear instructions for performing sweeps and submissions. I particularly liked the details about wrist locks. There is nothing fancy just good fundamental details everyone should be aware of.
excellent!
Effective techniques makes better my game
great content
good
Having watched alot of closed guard instructionals I wasn't sure if this would help. But Mica is very good at explaining his insights.
simple and strong skill
Awesome! I love his detailed instruction and thorough explainations! A broad approach to the many "mini guards" within closed guard.
really good :call_me_hand: helped my game and my instructions to help others

Awesome video
Mica is amazing, great instructional.
The volume of closed guard is good, but most of the material can be found on other volumes covering the same topic. That prevents this from being amazing however, Micael covers some details here and there not found in other instructionals
Great all round.
Fun to watch and learn from.
Good!
Great details and easy to implement to your game.
mica does a great job of teaching the closed guard! it's not your usual low detail description of closed guard moves! great instructional!
Great videos
Excellent class from one of the best fighters of the new generation.
I like very much this guard and sweep instruction. I do apreciated Mica teaching style.
Excellent Closed Guard system. I very much enjoy the basic grip fight strategies. No flash, just solid fundamental jiu jitsu.
