  you have a complete wrestle up game. Nicky covers it all: - wrestling up with opponent standing - wrestling up with opponent kneeling -wrestling up when you're supine steps are detailed and the instructions clearly communicated. I highly recommend it.

  Decided to get this on a whim . Wasn't disappointed at all. Nicky is smart and has a lot to teach. I would say this is a tournament mostly but not to say you won't get a lot out of this . Totally worth it.

  Not only is Nicky a fantastic grappler he is also a fantastic teacher. I never wrestled before but he made the concepts very easy to follow and understand. that is the mark of a great teacher. i can't wait to drill the techniques.

• Overall amazing but one gripe

  This instructional has changed my approach to playing guard and I'm grateful I purchased it. Nicky is a great instructor overall and deserves a lot of credit for his knowledge of wrestling up. One complaint I have is the outside De La Riva part of the instructional because I struggled a bit with it and the off balancing aspect. I'd love to see him talk more about it on B Team's channel

  Great instructional. Lot of techniques shown how take down opponent while being on the bottom, this instructional serves well as a missing link to my no gi open guard.
