Great Instructional
Nicky Ryan does an excellent job explaining concepts and tying them into scenarios. His explainations are crisp with no excessive flowery language. This allows for a high amount of knowledge transfer in a short amount of time. Great video especially for wrestlers who want to tie their wresting into playing guard.

Nicky is a talented teacher. He created a great compendulum about wrestling up! Answering what to do seated vs standing when they want to engage and what to do if not. The seated vs kneeling is basically diveded into underhook and overhook series. He also shows when to use single legs, double legs and judo throws. He delivers a follow up for every possible reaction. Must Have!!

Great wrestle up instructional with many useful details. The pacing of the instructional is also very good. Not a lot of repetition. A lot of the techniques or concepts explained can also be translated to MMA when scrambling back up to your feet.
