  I buy all of Mikey’s instructional because of his unique insight and concepts that are applicable to many situations in BJJ. This one is particularly interesting since there are not many berimbolo videos for No Gi. As always his technique works!

• Amazing details and organization

  This instructional has the same level of amazing detail that Mikey puts into all his other videos, but it has his best organization yet with larger sections grouped together by the type of control he uses and the small sections being concise and free of repetition. Probably Mikey's best work yet.
