Great Material
This series has great no gi choke options to try. There are options for different levels of ability, body types, and flexibility. There's also great detail in set up, positioning, and finishing the chokes.
Improve Your No-Gi Game
This was just what the BJJ Technique Doctors ordered to help me improve my No-Gi game. I have had over time a very limited attack game from No-Gi. This drastically improved my confidence.

When watching this DVD you'll note a few things: - Miko has been doing this for a while. - Miko REALLY enjoys this sport. - He's really figured out some good ways to work his techniques. If you're after some guidance on no gi chokes you're in for a treat. I personally found the kuzure kesa gatame options very useful for my Judo game, it's that universal. Highly recommended.
