• Fun in closed guard

  I found the info in this video very useful in filling in some holes in my closed guard game. I found Ffion reasonably charming and her explanations clear (think Bridget Jones diaries although I've never seen any of them) I would buy another of her videos. During the video the camera went out of focus a handful of times. I paid extra for the diagram and notes. I don't think it was necessary for this video s it was short and to the point.

  I like the simplicity of the moves that she covers. For beginners, a move with a lot steps is daunting. This video allows you immediately take simple moves and implement them in your game.

• Best No-Gi Guard instructional I've watched!

  This is highly detailed yet really simply explained. I love Danaher's instructionals but sometimes they're TOO detailed for someone like me who's not a world class competitor. But Ffion shows just enough to make the techniques work but not seem too complex to add quickly to my game.

  I really enjoyed this instructional. Ffion had lots of details about her closed guard system. She doesn't just teach the techniques; she shows you the various problems you'll deal with when attempting them. It's also good knowing that you don't have to be big to do her techniques.
