  I'm a fan of coach Neil and have been for some time. If you've seen his instructionals you know you'll get high level techniques with a level of detail that goes beyond normal instruction without unnecessary words and remains enjoyable to watch. Years ago I went on a mission to make my arm triangle a huge part of my game and over time developed a decent attack. Watching just disc 1 has COMPLETELY changed my choke and increased my finishing ability while lowering the wasted energy I used to use. Not only will this set make your arm triangle significantly better, but you'll learn new set ups, new ways to adjust and finish, different ways to find the choke, and importantly transitions off of the arm triangle to different attacks. If you are a grappler that loves to strangle people. Buy this, right now and start taking heads off!
