Breaking arms after watching this
reverse arm locks, butterfly guard bla bla cool $h|[£.
True competition proven techniques
Magid is very good at explaining things clearly and describing the technique/movement.
This **** is gold. Awesome instructional!!!
Master class in the use of the over the top/reverse armlock. Drills, finishing details and set ups.
Maybe it's how they roll down there in San Diego but everything Magid puts out is very friendly towards the older grappler and this one is no exception. If you have Magid's ADCC Trials breakdown (highly recommended) or watched his 2024 ADCC Trials performance you'll see him hit these armbars all the time so it's great to see him fully breakdown his system. Of course this system fits perfectly with his no-gi half guard instructional so I'd recommend getting that one too to get the full system.
magid hage is one of the best in my opinion. innovative techniques.
super digestible content showing a bunch of different looks from these positions
will happen
This instructional provides great technique that is easy to understand and provokes thoughts on how to apply it in practice.
this is quality stuff!
As a beginnier, I was searching for a surprising lock (or grip). This is exaclty the instructional I needed. The reverse armlock can really surprise the opponent, especially because you don't see them often at my level. I'm a "disciple" of Magid. Already bought Gorilla grips and Home run baseball choke. I like the way he teaches also. Big up to Magid from Corsica. Peace to him, BJJ Fanatics and the stranglers ))
