Very detailed and systematic. Quickly found myself passing with ease from small adjustments.
Danaher does a great job going over fundamental passes for beginners
I haven’t finished the instructional. I’m a 47 yo grappler, so I don’t have the mental capacity to process the whole instructional but I have always found that the materials is game changing. It’s like relearning fundamentals but properly. I really wished I would have trained with Danaher when I was living in NYC. Amazing professor.
