this instructional is essential for anyone who wants to be a serious guard passer.
Great video to understand the theory around closed guard. You will see how it works and how to implement in what order after watching the video.
Passing has become immensely improved in a few months!
John Danaher's instructionals are legendary. Can't wait to apply the methods.
Danaher is amazing. But I wish there was a way to buy one volume of these. Instead of everything all at once. I don't want to spend 200 dollars on this entire DVD and I may only watch a quarter of it.
Not just a great no gi instructor
I can't believe how well John Danaher explains. He always pints out important details that are very useful. It is easy to learn and to put in practice afterwards. I learn the most from John.
Great passing tutorial. Explains the process well and is very informative.
outstanding
This series gave me the details I needed to elevate my guard passing game. Most of these passes we practice at the school where I train but the details that really make these passes work were missing. Passing has become much easier for me and this series even improved my guard retention because now I know what the passer needs to accomplish to consolidate the pass. Highly recommend for anyone serious about Jiujitsu in the Gi.
This is great because it not only breaks down the steps and methods to pass the guard, but also how to not get submitted along the way!!
very well put yogether
this is down to a science, on a conceptual, theoretical level. useful not just for breaking and passing the guard but in general
A very step by step and detailed approach to guard passing. Danaher covers everything that could go wrong.

It’s a Tier 1 BJJ Instructional Video!
This has greatly improved my passing!!!
