Amazing video by Bernardo Faria. It has definitely improved my pressure passing skills. Techniques are explained in great detail. 5 stars!
Very useful for me to get better at pressure passing
Professor Bernardo Faria did an amazing job on teaching the concepts and positioning of the over/under passing. game. Escpecially the section of how to put pressure on your opponent`s diaphragm and how to keep it there until you passed his guard is pure gold. Also the way how he thinks and figures out when to skip the over/under pass and take your opponent*s back and when to switch to another pressure pass are so concise and efficient as the setting and resetting of your grips depending of your opponetüs defense so that thereis always leverage on your side! Absolute recommendation!!!
great
The instructional has simplified my passing game. I can spend more time on less techniques. Highly recommended especially if you do not much time to train.
The guard passing system works on so many guards. It has simplified my guard passing game.
Great Details on over under pass. Caught a few sneaky knee bar from the over under position !
Bernardo gives you everything you need to improve your pressure game.
My best purchase on BJJ fannatics !!!! Bernardo uses the same principle on multiple passes, so it's easy to learn and start using it on your dojo . And the best part is you don't have to be super strong or super fast to apply his technique!
I own the physical version of this video, bought in another era after a long waiting. It skyrocketed my game as a white belt… loved bernardo from the dijitsu dvds, but here was at his peak.
Bernardo does a great job of teaching his over/under guard passing system. He shows you how to get this pass to work on so many different guards and how to deal with a person's counters or defenses to the pass. These passes are taught in a simple way and would be suitable for all levels.
this is a really good system for some skinny guys like me that have trouble moving fast and being agile!
Fantastic instructional! The hardest part of pressure passing is understanding all the reactions from an opponent. This DVD covers just about everything. My passing skills have sky rocketed using Bernardo’s system.
Have been using pressure passing a lot and this video has definitely made it better with its limited amount of techniques and attention to detail.
Solid instructional. Covers everything you need to develop and expand your pressure passing in the gi. Easy to apply explanations on passing various types of guards using pressure passing. Another good one from Bernardo Faria.
Another great Instructional!
Great video which changed my game
Great techniques! Pure Gold!
clear explanation on a pressure passing style
bernado explains everything in the simplest terms possible and shows a proven winning system that doesn't rely on speed or athleticism
I was always caught either with a choke or kimura with this pass, he went over details I was missing and now I feel confident I can use it to pass strong opponents guard
Bernardo is a master of pressure passing, and this instructional is a great place to get started.
Loving this pressure pass system and working on it very regularly. My white belt journey has been longer than most, with an2’year hiatus…but I feel like I’m finally finding “my game” on the mats. I see this system being a big part of my game for years to come!
Fantastic Instructional Highly recommended video
