Really great instructional. This is not just a front headlock instructional, it teaches how to deal with rear body locks, turtle, and controlling and attacking the back. An excellent addition as the sport continues to evolve and incorporate wrestling

Jokes aside it changed my game and I'm much more dangerous in the front head lock. I feel much more comfortable in the feet as well and taught me that I don't need to be super athletic to be an effective wrestler in jiu jitsu.

I already knew that Craig’s videos were awesome because I have a few of them, but this one took the cake. He is clear and concise, with the expected humor to top it off. I highly recommend, especially if you hate rolling with strong and powerful wrestlers!
