  RDLR was a position that eluded me during the 6 months that I experimented with it, in terms of control and maintenance. (I’d get passed within 2 seconds) Volume 1 of Junny’s instructional solved that problem after only a few dedicated practice sessions, allowing me to maintain the position for longer and longer (or flow out of it) without (easily) getting passed. He offers simple and easy controls that work. Volume 2 has been fun to experiment with but will require a lot more practice to pull off against full resistance. Volume 3 (leg entanglements and heel hooks) will be beyond my reach as a beginner for a while. Would have liked to see some tripod and other sweeps incorporated between Volume 1 and 2, targeted at beginners, but overall Volumes 1 and 2 are great, simple and very effective.

  Junny is an excellent instructor that not only gives different options from each position, but explains WHY you'd want to pick each option. Very clear, direct instruction. I'd strongly recommend this instructional for anyone that's been playing around with RDLR and wants to take it to the next level.
