I don't get the chance to be on the mat a lot so i love to have solo drills to feel like i'm actually doing something
good view on an often overlooked element of physical training.
I enjoyed it. I haven’t went through the whole thing, but I’m excited to add it to my off days training when I’m resting from actual roll days in the gym.
