Simple like that, and this one was free during the pandemic. 10/10
Recently, everytime I run, my calf always cramps up. So I've been looking for alternatives to improve my endurance for jiu-jitsu. These drills actually help a lot. Not only to improve endurance but muscle memory as well!!!

Really great insight into getting better on days outside of the gym.

I love the emphasis of how important flexibility is with your back/spine. Working on these drills will definitely improve your game and movement. Also the Toes to Bars tip is great from core strength and I will be doing more of those.
Mastery drills for beginners and other levels.
Extremely detailed, concise instruction on solo training drills and their implementation in to partner assisted training.

It was very eye opening. I am now using what I once viewed as warm UPS in my rolls with a purpose and just the knowledge of looking at something differently has helped tremendously.
Teaches fundamdbral Jiu jitsu and how to shadow grapple. plus has excellent chapter on how to exercise for Jiu Jitsu. Well worth it.
