Great ideas for improving your technique without having to find a training partner.
I have been training for a couple of months and I did not understand the use of drills but now it's clearer and I do them better.Sorry for my english i'm from mexico .
John Danaher explains as always in a unique manner. This series point out the most important solo drills and explain the philosophy behind them.
While this is instructional was for free, it is amazing how much value you get. Sometimes life happens and you might not be able to put as much time in the gym with your mates as you would like to. But with this video, you can sharpen your skills with a lot of fundamental movements and techniques which will help your BJJ for the next time you hit the mat. Kept my interest in jiu-jitsu going during the pandemic. Essential for times when you can't make to to the academy.
Great resource to help you with your movement and also a great warmup to get things moving before class.
Its free, you can do it by yourself, and its one of the best teachers in the sport, definitely worth a download.
Great free DVD that will teach you movements that will assist in a wide variety of your bjj. Pick it up and watch!
I travel a lot and I always thought how I can improve my jiu jiutsu away from my BJJ gym when I can not to train with partners. Instructional Video from Danaher is great solution for people who are able to train bjj alone. GREAT!
I liked how it was clearly explained and additional examples in action with a partner.
This is a great video to open your eyes to some of the key things your body should be capable of, and gives a great explanation at the level of proficiency needed. Not a very glamorous video, but all of these movements have been critical to my limited success in BJJ. I am very happy with this video, and feel that it would be well worth some $$$.
Perfect starting out point. And free!
The movements in this instructional, and the concept of shadow rolling, have changed my game! My training partners noticed.an immediate improvement in mt rolling.
Excellent breakdown of solo training required for constant improvement in BJJ
