Thanks John!
very good
seriously!
as always thankyou john danaher so happy with this
Coming back to bjj after several years, I find these videos very useful to prepare physically for my upcoming classes, and review some basics of BJJ at the same time.
Can't go wrong with downloading this
Trained BJJ years ago, now getting back into shape before starting training again Very useful video for physical preparation, and the technical explanations (why do such and such a drill) are also very useful and motivating.
John Danaher is considered the best for a reason. Top level details and explanations.
Mr Danaher is one of my favourite instructors. The practical and systematic nature of his teaching style makes comprehension of the material very easy to understand and then apply.
This was very helpful in the past during the lockdowns and my upkeep on these movements has definitely helped the fluidity of my body mechanics. Worth a watch and finding what works for you.
I'd expect nothing less from John, but to have all the fundamental movements put together in one place, broken down and presented in typical danaher fashion is a massively underrated resource. I'm so glad I came across it due to lock down, and especially because now I am even more into bjj and have gone on to buy even more courses, and improve my game completely
Just love how John Danaher can give so much details on simple thing. Warm ups moves are now with much more focus.
The perfect introduction for just starting out in the sport.
Appreciated the nuances of drills that incorporates specific movements. Definitely a must have for self improvement.
really helped me learn concepts i can practice at home
Danaher does a great job giving you tons of instruction in the case/times that you have to train solo.
Totalmente recomendado!
