  It's about 9 hours of Galvao teaching No Gi. It's better than you're even thinking. This never came out as a new release, I'm noticing this a lot right now.

• Impactful and applicable information from the first 5 minutes of instruction.

  Amazing collection of information without a lot of unneeded "fluff". I've purchased offerings from other highly regarded instructors on bjjfanatics, and while i found them to be helpful, a solid 40 if not 50% of the video is unapplicable "theory" that does nothing to improve your game. What I like most about andre's video is that from the very first minute of the video i was learning things that would benefit my game as a white belt. The video gradually progresses in difficulty but I feel like even the first half of the material alone is enough to be applicable up to brown belt in terms of effectiveness. I'm looking forward to progressing my own skill in class so i can start working my way up the advanced transitions/submissions offered in this video. Great purchase.
