  Another great instructional from Bernardo. As always, everything is explained clearly and in detail. I enjoy learning from him as a beginner because he provides important details in a slow and clear manner. This series is especially valuable to me, as it gives perspective on how to set up a submission and establish proper positioning before going for it. It really brings to life the saying: "Posture before submission." Great video, as always, from Bernardo!
