  The first volume of this instructional is a must for anyone struggling to maintain side control. I had to eventually stop using the scarf choke, as it was working too well and stalling out my development. Highly recommend!

  This video is very helpful. As a brand new white belt, I was able to able to hit the scarf choke many times after watching the video. Bernardo breaks down each submission and emphasizes the subtle details you need to focus on the make the technique work. I recommend watching the video of the move you want to try 3-4 times and visualizing it before trying on the mat.

  Side control is my favorite position. But I keep doing the same moves from there and my game is stale and predictable. I love this video, he shows many moves in expert detail from side control, can't wait to try them at open mat, thank you Bernardo!!!
