• MMA / NoGi Players and Grapplers of all variety.....

  ....should certainly find Ed's "Smooth" approach to takedowns (and teaching) refreshing, educational and helpful, as his game like BJJ is dependent upon relaxation. Ruth is fantastic at explaining as doing technique, and I find this type of approach very effective for many of us that started on the ground grappling. Excellent and realistic for all levels.
