John Danaher does it again.
Amazing details as always, worth every cent.
As usual, John Danaher's instruction is always well organized and easy to follow. With clear explanation, he bring details that help me understand what, when and why to do under each circumstances.
Professor Danaher goes into detail on how to take your opponent's back before the fight ever comes to the ground. He discusses how to attack, defend, and counter the most high percentage wrestling situations on your feet and on your knees. If you want to complete your back attack system or turn the chaos of wrestling into a controlled journey to submission. I highly recommend this instructional.
