The techniques presented here are very simple and immediately be added to anyone's game. There are a few techniques I saw here that I will absolutely be adding to my game.
Awesome content from JT Torres as usual
Perfect for beginners looking for an intro to submissions.

Great instructional from JT. Thanks a lot.
Another excellent instructional by JT. As the title states, he goes over a ton of submissions from all over. He breaks them down in a very easy-to-digest way. Enjoy!
hhh
Nothing fancy, everything works perfectly. I. Addition, prof torres is an amazing teacher with great teaching skills and style. Recommended.
great details!
I would say good for three straight, white belts and up.
JT is a master of the basics/fundamentals but he has a lot of little tricks and setups to apply it all at the highest level. I was really interested in this video because of his flash armlocks. I remember him catching a very high level competitor with a flash armlock from the 50/50 guard during the Pan Ams and was amazed at that. This is a great video for beginners and advanced players.
Bem técnico e detalhado. Parabéns.Oss!!
JT is a tremendous instructor.
Tons of great info and great ideas.
Great, very well explained instructional, JT shows lots of easy aplicable techniques, highly recommend to everyone !
I'm a huge JT Torres fan and have had the pleasure of taking seminars & private lessons with the man. I can honestly say he has made a direct impact in many aspects of my game and my thought process with Jiu Jitsu. I own all his instructionals and this is just another example of why I love his teaching philosophy when it comes to BJJ. One of his sayings in his instructionals and at his seminars is the concept of "Simple Things Work Best". I know I sometimes get overwhelmed by the complexity of techniques in the current landscape of BJJ and feel like I must learn these things in order to play. With JT, he always tries to show us that you can be effective and have longevity in BJJ with what he calls "Simple Things". This is instructional is just another example of that philosophy. All these techniques that he is showing are really timeless techniques that any one can learn and apply into their game immediately. The added details that he adds just make them more effective. This is a definite buy if you are looking to add some high percentage submission to your game. I could've have been happier with this purchase and I highly recommend that you check out all his other instructionals. If you get a chance to take a seminar or private, please do so. You will not regret it. Sorry for my fanboying hahahaha
Although JT usually plays Nogi these days, he is also an excellent player in Gi. His right hand grip is very good and gives me a lot of technical inspiration. Gi jiujitsu players love playing and teaching 'Rucas lepri', but JT is like a hidden gem. I recommend the submission of JT.
It’s JT Torres - his competition resume speaks for itself. Great presentation style and solid overall instructional. I’ve also got his ‘No Gi Fundamentals Bottom Game’ and that is just as good.
This instruction couldn't be better! You cannot regret buying this instruction!
I'm about 75% through. I really enjoy JT's teaching style. Obviously an incredible competetor, but his teaching is excellent. No flashy or crazy stuff. Very applicable transitions without losing the foundational stuff. Highly recommend.
