• JT Torres is an excellent instructor.

  This course provides a general understanding of the main guards in No-Gi. Controls, sweeps, and submissions. Simple explanations without unnecessary details, straight to the point. Excellent instruction, you can buy it without fear, your Jiu-Jitsu game can certainly improve a lot.

  I bought this 3 years ago and I still use some of the specific details today. As well as a general game plan JT gives some more helpful and precise details which help make the techniques easier to put into practice in both gi and nogi.
