  the product is amazing and JT an almost unparalleled teacher. I bought the updated version - with flow chart and visual notes. Not so much more than the ordinary video... the flowchart is quite useless, the visual notes are good but nothing really mind-blowing (at least funny to watch in the bed if your girlfriend is sleeping and you can't have audio).

  JT Torres has some great no gi instructionals. I've found the pressure passing instructional very helpful and this no gi bottom game instructional is also great. I'm new to the no gi game and have found these techniques easy to implement.
