Does a great job of demystifying guard work and gives you more than enough material to play around with. I do wish it had at least some mention as to how certain guards play together, but for how cheap you can get it with daily deal and the almost constant 50% site wide sale, it's definitely still worth the money.

This is my first video I bought from JT Torres and it's a great video to start development your bottom game (as the title says). JT Torres is truly amazing at explaining things in a clear way, and also starting you off with something basic you can use vs. something really fancy that may not be as effective.

i've had a few bad experiences with instructionals because they were just useless talking and very little technique or just basic whitebelt techniques but this instructional went beyond my expectations it's very complete with very good techniques. I will apply these techniques and hope to get my purple belt soon
