  I love all of Craig's instructionals. This one is no different. It's fun watching for an hour or two before hitting the mats, and applying what I have learned on my training partners. My professor says I am beyond my rank, and I firmly believe that is because of my hours and hours of studying and practicing Craig's instructionals.
