So far I am on nearly halfway through with these videoes over a 2 week timeframe and I have to say this is a pretty detailed video series. I take note of what details he gives, go to the mats, theorycraft and drill it, then find myself hitting armbars at a higher success rate by using some of these new principles. Some can say its a drawback because it has so much content, but you really get what you pay for.
