  This is every BJJ practitioners dream! how to do single leg and double leg takedowns effectively with all the juicy details, Galvao has adapted wrestling takedowns for bjj, so you don't get guillotined every time and you don't end up struggling on your knees against a sprawler all the time. With this dvd, you don't have to devote yourself to learning intricate wrestling moves for 3-5 years and then have to re-correct and change your head position and posture for bjj. Professor Galvao teaches you the correct way to do these takedowns for bjj and he has already thought through all the common counters and re-counters, so eliminating the game of wrestling chess. His details of execution will have you nailing takedowns from standing and also with reversals (coming up from the ground). The instructional focusses on single and double leg with knee tap, but it's simple and easy to remember. I really love this course.
