If you are flexible and young and can invert. This instruction is for you. He got TOO MANY variations and techniques to keep a track of. You will find something that fits your game.

When I first saw the berimbolo, I was really shocked. It was a completely new technical system, and I felt a sense of fear because I didn’t know how to defend it. Now, everyone is familiar with the berimbolo, but it’s still useful. You can sweep and take the back at the same time, allowing you to attack immediately. It’s powerful.

I wish I had bought this dvd before! Because It’s just a perfect introduction. You will never be disappointed.
Instant improvement in my guard game
Within just a couple of times watching the instructional I was able to hit sweeps from De la Riva, effortlessly. In addition, my berimbolos became a lot more purposeful and I finally explored more options such as sweeps and passes of the berimbolo. Definitely worth a watch if you are interested in DLR, inverted DLR, X guard and berimbolos!
