I highly recommend this instructional! They break down the moves multiple times in different angles and it makes it easy to digest and drill the moves. I've been training for 5 years, but never really developed a DLR or berimbolo game. I know this instructional will help me in improving my open guard technique.

Techniques are beautiful to watch. Even if the content in the dvd is challenging for you, it will definitely inspire you to get after it! Special focus is obviously bolos, but it has other stuff. My takeaway so far is the x guard stuff from tarantula, as well as the baby bolos from dlr. Anything from the Miyaos is worth it.

It is a great DVD. But very motivating to work out to be able to invert (I'm about 270lbs). Definitely, working on my inverting skills in my gym and I will revisit when I feel ready!

Pretty good, a few new things I could add to my game. A few copying techniques where they only changed a single leg I felt could have been just added to previous technique.
