  Professor M. M. simplifies and made me really understand how to set up and use hooks and how to wedge with body and limbs. It is about how utilize your feet as hands how it is often said and the other way around. Not just for crab rides and bolos. In general too. Highly recommend!

  In this volume Mikey goes over all the defenses your opponent might have and how you can solve them. Many of the things I was having trouble with before were addressed in the volume. Mikey goes in-depth and shows techniques I'd never seen before that can solve common problems. Highly recommened.
