While it's Volume 4, it works perfectly as a standalone instructional. If you have basic berimbolo knowledge, you can use this defensive blueprint to make your deep guard game submission-proof without needing the first three parts. A highly valuable, focused instructional.
great details
I enjoyed Mikey's unique and systematic approach to dealing with leg locks. This instructional showed me new ways of countering leg locks that I had never seen before. I am now more confident in escaping leg locks and trying new counters.
really good, loved it. But unfortunately the titles for videos can make it hard to find certain parts. "Introduction" or "How to defend", it's not clear.
Another great work by Prof Mikey!

Professor M. M. shows: How to stay safe when setting up and placing your hooks. How to keep it safe while taking the back after you countered counters! Recommend!
As always his instruction is worth of paying
The real current master of berimbolo: listen carefully to Mikey Musumeci.
Fortress uses berimbolo even in the top position, so even if you don't use berimbolo in guard, you need to know about berimbolo's defense and counter. This training video is essential even for non-berimbolo users.
Love the gi in this one!!!
If you have been learning the other stuff this is a MUST!! It's crazy how simple backtakes are when the people attack leg locks on you! Everyone i train with would always toe hold me and go for kneebars. Now i finally can take all their backs :)
