Lachlan always brings in a lot of detail and well though out design to all of his instructionals, and this one is no exception. I've started implementing these techniques and details into my game right away.
Lachlans clear style of communication and systematic approach, makes all his videos worth watching.
Lachlan is one of the best I love all his instructionals and the way he organizes his ideas
I always come back to this and find more useful details
Giles, like always, makes the concepts simple and breaks them down. Great material.

Very detail-oriented with concepts too. Lachlan Giles makes it very easy to learn his techniques. Plus his instructionals are always jam-packed with content, over 8 hours long!
The body lock pass is a great pass and lachlan helps you take it next level after watching this my passing percentage with the body lock pass skyrocketed. Lachlan is a great instructor easy to understand.
This was a great instructional to watch, For me personally it leveled up my passing game and really helped me neutralize positions like the butterfly guard and seated guards against opponents my level and even given trouble to higher belts. Great instructional lachlan explains it so well definitely pick up if your looking for some good passing instructionals. cheers!
Great and useful content.
Great Stuff!
Lachlan is so smooth, easy to understand, and this pass was one of my favorites coming up, and I got this instructional simply to shore up and holes and help teach my students and it's made a world of difference for us all. I couldn't recommend it more,
Another great and comprehensive instructional from Lachlan. This will give you plenty options to work on for a long time.
I'm still a beginner so this is my first introduction to this topic, but it did help my improve my guard passing.
The most comprehensive instruction on guard recovery out there
Detailed instructional, well presented.
Detail good!
Great instructional
I was using Danaher's body lock system - get super tight and scrape together enough room to get past a knee. It was effective, but grueling. I like Giles' system way better. He allows more room for counterplay, but its more dynamic, and much more fun. I've never been good at breaking closed guard but had some success with Sao Paolo. Giles fixed so many aspects of my Sao Paolo pass that now I'm using it regularly with a lot of success.
Lachlan always comes through with a detailed instructional showing different situations and what to do during those encounters. Going to keep buying his material for sure
