Lachlans level of detail shown in this instructional has improved my passing game greatly. Being a former wrestler the body lock pass adjusts perfectly to my passing game.

As usual with Giles this instructional focuses very much on technique and details. What is important is that most of the stuff seems battle tested. I really appreciate the live rolling, which always helps filter out what is important in the ground material. Also an entire volume on the Sao Paulo-guard is included which is much appreciated.
