I have around a 100 instructionals and I am a big fan of Lachlan Giles material. He always covers the basics in great detail, and then moves on to the more complexe moves. The instructional is structured in a logical way and covers several scenarios and counters the opponent can do. There is a lot of materiel and I often come back to chapters for details I missed. I got all of Lachlan’s dvds as I am sure that the techniques Lachlan shows are tested and proven effective. I spent years training in an ineffective way and wrongly applying techniques and now that I have the possibility to access the teaching of one of the best in the world I am jumping on it! The dvds added to submeta.io are a gold mine!

I love the body lock pass and it is not my primary means of passing the guard. Lachlan Giles does a great job of breaking down the specific details that make it work. I have seen this taught before, but not with the level of detail included here. Great value.

It’s Lachlan. Obviously it’s awesome. Very in depth while also being very accessible even for beginners. You need the body lock pass in your game. This is the best value way to get it for sure.

Firstly, everything Lachlan says is important, and there’s a ton of good info here. My only issue is that it seems to be presented in a strange order, and jumps around quite a bit. For me this was kind of annoying. Still, worth buying if you have questions about the body lock.

I love the way Laclan teaches. He breaks it down into the basic technique Then you can use it as a reference what if an opponent does this or this and delve into it to solve the problems you are having which he always seems to have the answers for because he's been in that position before.
