Great instructional
Very helpful! A training partner suggested Lachlan, and I was really happy to find his instructional on body lock passing. It’s something I’ve wanted to work on for awhile. I hope I can translate it to the gi as well. His teaching style is very helpful and clear. Looking forward to purchasing other instructionals from him.

I put Lachlans instructionals right up with Gordon’s and Danahers. Not just a collection of moves but a guided direction of how to play the position with tons of insight and attention to detail. I’ve heard it’s just as good as Gordon’s, definitely worth the price

Excellent material. Lachlan is a top tier teacher and I was able to apply this instruction almost immediately into my game. I have also found it applicable in the gi, so this has proved helpful for all aspects of my tight pressure passing. Highly recommended.

I enjoy all of Lachlan’s videos — as always, awesome content, great detail and amazing value. Curious how this may compare to Gordon’s body lock instructional.
Good intro to body locking
Good intro to a front-long arm/sort arm body lock. Goes over lots of troubleshooting and has rolling footage at the end. I think this was the first body lock instructional out and I picked it up after going through his half guard passing. I’m going through Gordon Ryan’s body lock version and it’s got more too it, but this is still a good introduction and probably good enough at a lower cost. This also has very good Sal Palo closed guard pass which is unique.

The concepts are simple to understand with all the little details necessary to dissect and solve all the major roadblocks one might encounter while employing the body lock. The price is affordable and the instructions are top shelf. Highly satisfied with the purchase.
