  A library of different possibilities from the closed guard. Bernardo goes throw lots of different sweeps and submissions from the closed guard. The positions are explained well and he wastes no time on theory. A good addition for any level, however some details relevant to a new white belt may be missing.

  Great instructional by Bernardo Faria. Everything is really well explained. Explanations are maybe a bit repetitive at times but the techniques are really good. He likes to keep things simple, and his techniques in the closed guard are simple, yet very effective. That's the way I like it too.
