  This instructional gives you all the tools you need to develop and sharpen your skills as a white belt. Heath's teaching style is very easy to understand, and the attention to little details he explains in the instructional are incredibly useful. In fact, his ability to break down complex movements into easy to digest parts for new practitioners is probably the best I've seen.

  This curriculum is a game changer. Heath is really giving to the community. For years he must have studied the most effective and championship proofen techniques and gives them away for a hand full of dollars. I’m an experienced purple belt but I got quite often passed by some good guys or my passes didn’t have the necessary impact to get through the guard of a good guy. With Heaths adjustments to many well known techniques and his general aggressive approach I can only imagine how good his students must be.
