Just buy it. Best instructional on the site
Amazing basics with effective and innovative details, great choice of techniques, subtle humor, game changing details… Plenty of training tips for the more seasoned, at leas a couple of years to master for the beginner. I have been into instructionals for ages. This is one on my top five hands down

I am a brown belt and now training under heath. just in the past 6 months Heath has been showing me several moves from his white belt system where I've been using notionally and internationally in competition recently which have been game changing.

Daisy Fresh OG, black belt, and instructor at PSF Los Angeles. This is how we built what we have. I'm a masters black belt Pans, no gi Pans, and no gi world champion. The proof is already in the results, but I would encourage anyone at any belt to watch these. All competition proven techniques, this is what we do. Can't wait for the blue series to drop and the Pixley wrestling too! We still just getting started. Vive la revolucion

Even though I just started a few months ago, I don’t have a coach, I’m a 40 year old mom, and me and a couple of my friends just train on some mats we have, everything we’ve watched from these videos we’ve been able to teach each other and practice everyday. I actually have the confidence to do my first competition. I just signed up the other day!

I’ve heard time and time again of colored belts showing up to PSF and getting whooped by the white belts and this explains it! White belt or black belt, these instructionals will change your game. Go Heath, can’t wait for more!

Best instructional I've purchased! I wish I would have been taught these things as a white belt. I'm a 4 stripe blue belt now and I've never seen hardly any of it. Now I want to visit Daisy Fresh!

This curriculum although it says it’s for white belts can truly help anyones game. I myself use all of these drills and techniques still to this day. If you’re a new coach or gym owner this curriculum can seriously be a great starting point for you and your students. This stuff is straight from the source! Don’t sleep on it, I truly believe you’ll feel like you’re getting what you paid for and MORE!

Heath Pedigo has knocked it out of the ball park with this set. Had to get this as i am in the uk and I feel like it would be the closest thing I can get to training with the daisy fresh team.
