Hard to go wrong with wiltse. Great teacher
Simple and brutal
Love this system from top side. All techniques are to the point and usable in sparring with minimal drilling. The arm traps open up a load of attacks!

Very detailed. Andrew shows how to control side control, progress to mount, and unique submissions. It is a great system for side control in the Gi. Highly recommend

Andrew Wiltse give his side control system he uses at the highest level. So much high level knowledge that can be used by any belt level. This is an absolute must for anyone to have in their collection.
Interesting Course
It was an interesting course on side control. Andrew covers some submission sequences that are pretty unique. It's definitely worth the price of admission.

This was a great system to begin working as a white belt, everything was easy to understand and drill. Gave me a system to start attacking submissions and getting lots of reps in live rounds early on. Great teaching.

Awesome content from a great guy. Have followed Wiltse’s journey on DF and although this instructional didn’t completely suit me, being an over 40s slower white belt, I still took a lot of actionable detail from it.

A lot of great techniques here. The super Ezekiel has been a winner for me.
I LOVE SIDE CONTROL NOW
These attacks took me from cluelessly laying on people to aggressively attacking submissions from top side control.. One of my favorite instructors to learn from also.
Side control pressure
The biggest take away should be pressure and weight while in side control.

Andrew is fast becoming an excellent instructor. His understanding of Jiujitsu is not only excellent I'm this instructional but in all the instructionals he has released to date. He breaks down tried and tested techniques and does it in a way that is guaranteed to not put you to sleep.
