• Pretty Decent

  The instructor has some pretty good escapes compiled but I wish there was more explanation as to why he does things the way he suggests. It would be helpful to have a little more concepts concerning how the different chokes are applied, main focal points of defending them and then some explanations of why he escapes certain ways.

  Well, this is gold. I usually don't get darced as I thought my defense principals were really good. Got tapped by a very good guy off a failed mechanics sweep the other day and decided to look into deeper defenses. I'd recommend this for any level from white belt to black. Wish I had had this 5 years back in fact.

  This should be mandatory viewing for all, these concepts need to be part of every foundational defense toolbelt. If you don't have these Darce Killer concepts down you have a giant hole in your defense game, simple as that. Malachy really is the lab scientist in our game, I look forward to consuming more of his thoughts and content in the future.

• Great quality for an even better price!

  This video clocks in at a little over an hour and it is filled with techniques. It even throws in advice for stopping guillotines and anacondas. It is defenses and techniques that you will rarely see in other videos and will really up your defenses. Knowing these defense will also help your darce game out by knowing what to expect as well. Very clear instruction and a great addition to any BJJ library. I plan on purchasing Sensei Friedman's other videos as well.
