Brilliant details
I knew I like the Ezekiel before getting this instructional, but this helped come up with game plan around it, and start tapping people from mount when I was a white belt. This has been essential to my Jiu Jitsu journey so far.
Comprehensively Detailed
This instructional is a very comprehensive deep dive on not just the Ezekiel Choke but also the mount position and the micro details it takes in making your opponent uncomfortable and how to break down their frames and attack the neck.
Awesome Instructional
This instructional does a great job of not only explaining the Ezekiel techniques but also breaking down how they work anatomically.
Lots of content in this video
Great instructional. Kennet is easy to listen to and easy to follow. Lots of other useful info in here apart from the chokes including mount and escapes - have a look at the breakdown in each volume for more details. As another reviewer has said, the video is probably broken down into too many individual sections, and the title cut screens appear very regularly - it doesn't take away from the content but feedback for the next video(s).

Honestly, i really didn't love this. He spends a lot of time going over extremely basic anatomy, like he's going to teach you something but doesn't. The finally shows you in basic detail a basic Ezekiel from mount ...and thats it. .... this video would have made an OK quick YouTube video but it definitely...definitely lacked major content for a paid video. Could have had potential. Maybe should have added different positions and addressed solutions to problems that develop related to your opponents defense.

Great idea, teacher knows what he's doing obviously, but the biggest issue is that the instructional is divided in way too many small chapters, you have a technique being shown and all of the sudden there comes the title for that chapter on screen which lasts for a few seconds before he continues to teach that technique.
Great instruction on both a technique and skill development
An amazing instructional on one of my favorite chokes since white belt. In the video Kennet shows you everything you need to know about the Ezekiel, from theory to setups and applications from different positions. It also contains great information about mount maintainance, and a very cool section about skill development. This will help my game for sure, and can’t wait to put it all into practice!

Short - Sharp - concise. This is how Professor Kennet Ekelund Waale offers deep knowledge about how chokes/strangles work and how to use anatomical knowledge of the human body to use edges and cages to get to and establish the mount as your foundation. Then you get explained the Ezikiel Chokes from mout in depth and how they wor in union. This is already amazing. But you get a way more. You get the defense too. The absolute greatest benefit are the training and mindset strategies for your jiu jitsu!! I love the Ezikiel. I love this instructional!!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the volume and diversity of content ON TOP OF the clear, concise, instructions around the Ezekiel. It helps you understand more about what the technique does to the body from an anatomical approach, helping the technique to make way more sense when applying it. Some bits of gold around how you train to get the most out of your BJJ training. WAY more than I had expected, in a wonderful way. Highly recommended.
